We deliver a two-semester general education writing program with a focus on academic, professional, and public writing. We are particularly interested in candidates with commitments to first-year writing. There may also be additional opportunities to teach outside the department in the first-year and senior- seminar general education program. All candidates should demonstrate excellence in teaching, a commitment to culturally responsive pedagogies, a willingness to maintain disciplinary currency, and the ability to serve at the department, institution and/or community levels.
