The Shop Assistant (Pre-Apprentice) supports technicians and service staff with daily shop operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position provides exposure to tools, equipment, and repair procedures while building the foundation for future advancement into Rudd’s Technician Apprentice Program.
