POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HRIS, the HRIS & Payroll Manager leads the end‑to‑end delivery of payroll operations and HR technology for a multi‑jurisdictional workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, security, and data integrity across the employee lifecycle. This role owns the configuration, optimization, and roadmap for ADP Workforce Now (Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits) and ADP eTime; manages integrations and APIs with IT and third‑party vendors; administers EDI benefit file feeds; and delivers reliable reporting and analytics to HR, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders. The manager oversees weekly and bi‑weekly payroll processing; tax filings, reconciliations, and year‑end activities; routine system audits and SOPs; and specialized programs including Optional PTO setup, administration, taxation, and payout.
