Employment Services Specialist Summary As an Employment Specialist I, you are responsible for representing Allegiant by overseeing the administration of employment processes in accordance with Allegiants hiring guidelines and policies. This position supports the Employment Services functions in various Team Member-serving aspects of employment. This role interacts with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, other areas of People Services, and Team Members. The Employment Specialist contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition group by providing a high-level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
