What You'll Do As our Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist, you'll help manage claims from initial reporting through resolution while working closely with our operations, safety teams, employees, and insurance partners. Manage Workers' Compensation claims, including reporting, investigations, medical treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work efforts. Support General Liability, Automobile, Equipment, and Property Damage claims as needed. Partner directly with field employees, project managers, superintendents, safety personnel, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Review claims documentation, medical bills, payroll records, payments, and reserves for accuracy. Participate in carrier and internal claims reviews to evaluate open claims and determine next steps.
