Position Title: TECHNICAL COMMUNICATOR Location: Optional Work from Home • Portman Learning Center - Cincinnati, OH 45236 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Other Description: POSITION SUMMARY Provide day-to-day technical support to service operation for all Equipment Depot locations. Provide a hassle-free experience for our customers. Provides consistent technical communications support (that is, one way of doing business) across all Equipment Depot locations. Troubleshoots in the field as necessary. Works with OEM service engineers to find solutions to technical problems working to resolve. Works with Technical Communications Supervisor to coordinate field campaigns, create technical bulletins and achieve business objectives by improving the skills and professionalism within our service operation.
