Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer Overview: The Tactical Medicine Instructor is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating tactical medical training in support of the INL Haiti Tactical Operations in Urban Terrain program. The position provides classroom, range, and field instruction on hemorrhage control, airway management, casualty assessment, casualty movement, care under fire, and tactical evacuation concepts tailored to HNP recruit operations in high-risk urban environments. The Tactical Medicine Instructor works closely with the Training Manager, Range Conducting Officer, and Security Manager to integrate medical risk-mitigation, casualty response, and duty-of-care practices into all phases of training.
