Description Responsible for maintaining 12 indoor tennis courts, 10 outdoor clay courts, 4 outdoor hard courts, and 6 UVA outdoor tennis courts. This person will also manage the comprehensive seasonal grooming for the spring season of the outdoor clay courts. Also, to oversee the complete watering system which includes irrigation pumps to sprinkler heads. This person must have a skill set to ensure that this system runs successfully. Responsibilities also include training new team members, designing weekly schedules, and tracking all work hours at the UVA outdoor facility. Overseeing repairs and working closely with the Tournament Director and Operations Managers when ordering new tools and replacing worn tools.
