Essential Responsibilities and Abilities Project Manager’s responsibilities and abilities include but are not limited to the list below. Lead all phases of construction from planning to closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and contract finances to ensure profitability. Oversee subcontractor coordination, site progress, and compliance with specs. Conduct site visits and team meetings to track progress and resolve issues. Prepare and manage budgets, change orders, reports, and documentation.
