Brief Summary of Position: Operate a variety of heat-treating equipment, including pre-heat and high-heat gas and electric fire furnaces, induction heat, stress, cooling, demagnetizing equipment.   Responsibilities/Essential Functions of Position: Determine sequences of varied operations to obtain optimum results from scheduled parts to be processed. Load pre-heat and high-heat furnaces and bring up to prescribed temperatures. Unload parts and place in proper stressing equipment. Set rectifiers, set-up jigs, temperatures, cycles, stress and cooling period, pack and loading method as prescribed. Load draw barrels, check and observe performance.
