Regional Operations Coordinator Supervisor To provide day-to-day assistance to the Regional Field Sales Director and assigned Territory Leaders. The ROCS will also provide operations to support the field force and be the bridge to the Home Office Team, when necessary. Additionally, the Supervisor leads their assigned RECO team, establishes procedures and best practices, and serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues. This role also oversees operations support performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures alignment between Agency Services, field agents, Customer Service, and internal departments.
