GIS Analyst Job Description The primary role of this position is to develop, maintain, and analyze geospatial data to support decision-making, infrastructure planning, community development, and organizational initiatives throughout Communities Unlimited's service area. The GIS Analyst will perform spatial analysis, data management, mapping, field data collection, and GIS application support while collaborating with staff across multiple programs. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with GIS data and using technology to solve real-world problems. You'll create maps and data products, conduct spatial analysis, support field data collection, and provide GIS expertise to internal teams, utilities, local governments, and rural communities.
