Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Recruiter/Trainer will recruit high quality resource parents for children by developing and implementing a comprehensive resource parent recruitment plan; will train or oversee training of high quality P.A.T.H. classes, conduct home study projects, and will maintain a caseload of Resource Homes in compliance with the Department of Children’s Services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications or Social Services field is required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
