Assists the Cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation. Essential Functions 1. Ensures serving counters stocked with salads, desserts, and other foods. 2. Replenishes napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers, condiments, etc. 3. Makes coffee, tea, and other beverages. 4. Assists in the preparation of other foods under the direction of a Cook. 5. Sets up cafeteria lines and serves meals on the line. 6.
