Job Title: Human Resources Generalist I Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director, Human Resources FLSA Status: Exempt Travel: Up to 10% Job Summary The Human Resources Generalist role is responsible for the day-to-day administrative assistance and support to multiple sites and supports a broad range of human resources functions including full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, new hire orientation and on-boarding, and maintaining accuracy of employee data and personnel records in HRIS and SharePoint. The HRG will maintain confidentiality to protect all human resources information. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
