Riggs CAT Description: The Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for the daily administration, optimization, and support of the organization’s learning platforms. This role ensures accurate training data, seamless system functionality, and effective delivery of technical training for Riggs Cat technicians. The LMS Coordinator acts as a key liaison among learners, instructors, subject matter experts, IT, and leadership to maintain high-quality training experiences and compliance with Riggs Cat and Caterpillar standards.
