Tomah Memorial Hospital EOE POSITION DETAILS Part-time with benefits; 48 hours in the two week pay period on the every other weekender program; Monday through Friday 5-6 evening shifts from approximately 4:30pm to 9:30pm per the two week pay period and every other Saturday and Sunday approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm paid at time and a half (must adhere to the weekender plan guidelines).  JOB SUMMARY Participates in health care planning to meet the total needs of patients in Urgent Care Services ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric, who may present at any point on the continuum from minor illness/injury to wellness. MAJOR JOB FUNCTION Documents on the patient record.  Utilizes accepted charting practices to include approved abbreviations and legible handwriting.
