Triumph Group Quality Inspector (GMM Gear) - Night Shift Job Summary The Gear Lab Inspector is responsible for the ultra-high precision dimensional inspection, analytical testing, and geometric evaluation of complex gearing. The core function of this role is setting up, programming, and operating Klingelnberg Precision Measuring Centers, specifically the P40, P65, and P100 machine platforms. Using specialized Klingelnberg application software, the inspector guarantees micro-geometric compliance of gear tooth profiles, cutting tools, and rotationally symmetrical components against strict customer blueprints.
