Triumph Group Job Summary The Customer Account Manager at Triumph Geared Solutions – Macomb serves as the primary link between the customer and the Product Line Director to ensure communication of status and potential problem areas while advising on how to mitigate those concerns. Duties/Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers (OEMs, airlines, MROs, defense agencies). Build strong, long‑term customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels. Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and communication on program status.
