Utah Transit Authority Description JOB SUMMARY The Mobility Grants Compliance Officer administers project compliance activities for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 Grant Program managed by the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). This position supports the Coordinated Mobility Department throughout the grant application, award, contracting, and administration processes for the Section 5310 program and other transportation assistance programs. The position monitors subrecipients and assesses project risk to ensure compliance with UTA and FTA requirements and to safeguard federal funds and assets. Responsibilities include: preparing and routing grant agreements, monitoring subrecipient compliance, providing compliance training and technical assistance, collecting and reviewing quarterly subrecipient reports, and compiling required departmental reports.
