Summary NW Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead and administer project-specific quality control programs on federal and heavy civil construction projects. The QCM is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program; ensuring all work complies with contract specifications, approved plans, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; coordinating testing and inspections; and maintaining quality documentation required by project owners.
