Assistant Director Preschool Programs Job Description " POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Director assumes responsibility for the smooth functioning of all day-to-day administrative operations. Operational responsibilities include staff and substitute scheduling, inventory maintenance, payroll processing, financial record keeping, customer reception and general office duties. The Assistant Director maintains childrens records and files, waiting lists and processes new children. The Assistant Director demonstrates a high level of commitment to customer service through effective communication with parents, teachers and children. The Assistant Director is responsible for these functions at two childcare locations.
