McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. POSITION SUMMARY McCarthy is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support full-cycle project scheduling for the Nebraska market. This Senior Project Scheduler will support change management as well as help to develop, track and update schedules from inception to completion of projects. The Senior Project Scheduler will report directly to the Scheduling Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate effectively with all field staff members, scheduling consultant and the client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates Meet with Subcontractors as required in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates and recovery schedules Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to Staff and appropriate regional personnel Utilize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Principles and experience to develop Work Breakdown Structures and work with project staff to facilitate development of the project schedule.
