Location: El Paso , TX Pay Range: N/A Salary Interval: Salary Application Instructions: We are seeking an experienced Mechanic Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and repair operations for a large heavy civil construction fleet supporting a major data center project in El Paso, Texas . This position will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 4–5 heavy equipment mechanics and up to 14 lube technicians , supporting a fleet of more than 240 pieces of heavy construction equipment . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in heavy equipment maintenance and a hands-on understanding of large-scale earthwork and site development operations.
