Job Description: Under general supervision of the Director, NERC and FERC Compliance, the FERC and Energy Markets Compliance Manager manages projects, activities and deliverables associated with the compliance of relevant energy markets rules, regulations, and tariffs issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") Independent System Operator ("ISO") and Regional Transmission Organizations ("RTO") standards, tariffs and business practice manuals. Responsibilities: Proactively analyzes and recommends policy and procedural changes based on applicable existing market rules, regulations, and tariffs; and pending market rules and regulations in collaboration with other designated functions such as energy market policy.
