Diplomat Motors is seeking a disciplined, process-driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our retail sales operation across one of our rooftops. This role is responsible for driving consistent execution on the floor, improving lead-to-sale conversion, enforcing processes, and developing sales reps into high-performing professionals. This is not a “sit-in-the-office” role. You will be on the floor daily—coaching calls, structuring deals, desking effectively, and holding the team accountable to standards.
