Home Care After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN: We are looking for someone to be available to be On Call outside of normal business hours to take calls and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to our patients in their home setting. Hours: Full-time There will be a block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off. This position is considered full-time and will b e on-call outside of normal business hours, generally from 5pm - 8am, Monday - Friday and weekends from 8am - 8am.
