Nemours is seeking a Nurse Manager for our orthopedic department in Jacksonville, FL. The Ambulatory Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for the clinical operations, quality, and service of assigned clinic locations and divisions. This position is responsible for ensuring adequate clinical and support staffing, meeting daily operational requirements, and addressing operations needs as they arise. The Manager promotes patient- and family-centric care and helps facilitate Nemours' shared governance model for ambulatory care, modeling the Nemours Standards of Behavior and Values.
