*Full Time NP or PA* We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team. You will work in skilled nursing facilities and participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse to evaluate and manage all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds, change dressings, perform medically necessary debridement, replace or remove G-Tubes (will train), establish plan of care and work within facility protocols. You'll also have the opportunity to do Home Health visits as needed. The ideal candidate must be an outgoing, energetic, people person.
