General Purpose The primary purpose of your job position is to perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities, which affect the pulmonary system. Essential Duties • Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures. • Adheres to established policies and procedures of the facility to which the respiratory care practitioner is assigned. • Performs focused interview to identify specific patients' needs. • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential diagnoses. • Plans for outcomes of care for those patients assigned. • Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the hospital policies and...
