General Purpose The Memory Care Nurse, Health and Wellness Director (HWD), is a registered nurse (RN) oversees and supervises the care of all the residents in our memory care community at Sierra Basin. The HWD also provides direct resident/patient care. Priority will be given to candidates who have experience in memory care and a passion for providing quality of life and care to those with dementia/Alzheimer's. Additionally, those candidates who have knowledge of psychotropic medications and holistic interventions for falls and behaviors.
