The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System-Medical Center (RUHS-MC) is currently recruiting for two experienced Registered Nurse III MC/CHC positions, one full time and one per diem to join our Nurse Support Teams Wound Care Department. The essential job duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Performs comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence assessments in inpatient and outpatient settings. Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care with measurable goals and outcomes. Provides evidence-based recommendations aligned with national clinical practice guidelines (NPIAP, WOCN). Conducts consults, reassessments, and follow-up evaluations.
