Description **School Health - The Children's Trust - This is a partial year role working the school year and grant funded. Job Summary Provides routine patient care, under the direction of the RN. Performs observations, reports patients' conditions and provides teaching to families. Job Specific Duties Assisting RN and LPN with state mandated screenings (Vison, BMI & oral Health) in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures accuracy of documentation. Assists the nursing team with initial parent notification of referrals. Reviews health records; enters screening data and interventions in the student cumulative health record. Documents screening and student visits in Frontline (Trust repository) and NCH documentation systems. Ensures clinic is clean and orderly. Ensures clinic equipment and supplies are functional and organized and reports any problems related to equipment or physical environment to the nursing team....
