The overall purpose of this position is to support the IEEE Communications Society’s (ComSoc) Membership team.  The incumbent is expected to have strong organizational skills, be able to meet tight deadlines, and work independently. A positive attitude and professional demeanor are critical to this role as there is frequent interaction with volunteers, members, ComSoc office staff and other IEEE organizations.    The role reports to the Director of Marketing & Membership, but works closely with the Sr Manager Membership and Programs, and the Membership and Volunteer Operations Specialist.   Specific duties include but are not limited to: Support team leadership in the research and feasibility studies of new membership programs Assist with new and existing program research, logistics, collateral and website development, communications, and budget management Administrative support of day-to-day membership...
