This position's work location is fully remote with the ocassional time onsite as needed. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI). The Grants Management Officer I, Post-Award supports the financial and administrative management of awarded grants and contracts by carrying out defined post-award processes for an assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing terms and conditions for incoming federal awards and subawards to confirm acceptability and compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements, as well as reviewing incoming and outgoing billing agreements for completeness and timely processing. This role initiates account set-up in accordance with Grants & Contracts business practices for document management, maintains accurate and audit-ready award records, and supports the timely review and submission of final progress reports.
