Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Social Worker I UH position is to be skilled in interventions for the support and/or resolution of patient and family crises as well as advocacy and facilitation necessitated by life-changing events. The role includes other functions such as developing social services care plans and working closely with community resources. Overview The Program Support Coordinator (Bariatric) will play a critical role in coordinating the clinical and administrative aspects of the Bariatric Program. This individual will work closely with the Bariatric team to develop, implement, and review clinical guidelines and policies related to Bariatric procedures.
