*SUMMARY:* Under the general direction of the Clinical Supervisor, is responsible for providing a range of therapeutic services to youth and families requiring mental health and behavioral health services. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Provide intake, assessment, safety planning, case management, transition, and discharge planning to participants. * Identify, develop, and implement individual service plans that specify goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes. * Provide clinical services to clients and families. * Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to participants and their families. * Coordinate with external agencies, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for participants. * Coordinate with care coordinators, providing progress reports and recommendations for discharge planning or continuation of treatment. * Participate in all IEP and treatment planning conferences as requested. *EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* 1.
