Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Link Home Therapy is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. Youll provide clinical assessments, therapy, and counseling services to geriatric individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The clinician is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the overall well-being of geriatric residents.
