Overview The Clinical Team Lead provides outpatient services for persons with a substance use disorder, and supports implementation of efficient and effective treatment frameworks among the Clinical team. They will support complex communication necessary to navigate integration and implementation of best practices among the Clinical team to ensure shared vision, modalities, and framework among the certified and licensed providers in the department. This will include alignment and fidelity to motivational interviewing philosophical frameworks to ensure the client is at the center of their own care, and minimize rigidity of treatment services which can negatively impact client engagement.
