The Case Manager role requires to pay attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to engage the family and work with other agencies and/or stakeholders. We are looking for a Case Manager who must have: Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience working with youth. A combination of education and appropriate experience can be substituted for degree. Two years' experience in youth and family case management and/or counseling.
