Overview: The Counseling Coordinator is responsible for providing additional support and leadership for the masters level clinicians in the Behavioral Health department in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. The Clinical Coordinator supports the clinical needs of the Counselors and Mental Health Counselors by sharing practice expertise, giving valuable feedback to their clinical colleagues and leadership, supporting onboarding processes, cascading information to colleagues as well as serving as a mentor for new masters level clinicians.
