The Case Manager gathers information from the youth and family to develop and monitor the case plan. The Case Manager role requires to pay attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to engage the family and work with other agencies and/or stakeholders. We are looking for a Case Manager who must have: Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience working with youth. A combination of education and appropriate experience can be substituted for degree. Two years' experience in youth and family case management and/or counseling. Familiarity with Juvenile Justice System and community resources preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
