About the Role Our Technical Writing team creates the documentation and experiences that help marketers, publishers, and developers connect with their audiences, achieve better results, and grow through data-driven insights. The team is responsible for producing high-quality content across interactive experiences, help centers, system-generated communications, and API documentation. We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Writer who has experience in crafting clear, concise and user-focused UI and API technical documentation that drives product adoption and enhances the user experience. In this role, you'll contribute to nearly every stage of the product development process - writing and editing content that empowers users to reach their goals.
