Position Summary Provides coordination and supports benefit administration policies and practices. Supports various benefit-related data management systems, and coordinates benefit programs and initiatives. Helps ensure the company's benefit offering plans are compliant and competitive in the market to attract and retain top talent. Focuses on maintaining a positive relationship with the business and other HR team members and contributes to G&J Pepsi as being the premier Employer of Choice. Essential Functions Supports and coordinates annual Open Enrollment initiatives, communications and activities, as well as integration of data across systems and performing necessary audits.
