We are looking for someone who is innovative, on trend and always on the cutting edge of technology to help us discover the next big thing in search, with an eye toward total digital marketing. Job Summary: The Director of Search Marketing is a high impact role leading Search strategy for established brands Oversee Search strategy, while operating on a consultative basis to influence content, paid social, SEO, native, programmatic display and email Manage 2-3 direct reports Lead contact for day to day communication with internal digital marketing and media, as well as external partners Help to evolve, build, lead day to day execution of highly targeted acquisition campaigns to support growth of portfolio Ensure cohesive strategy across targeted digital performance campaigns to hit revenue and ROI goals Our leader will be responsible for digital analysis, presenting insights and recommendations to drive an optimal digital user experience You are an idea generator with a high level of digital project management expertise who likes to work in a highly collaborative work environment Lead acquisition budget and ROI analysis, defining attribution, LTV and optimization opportunities Our Director of search marketing is a seasoned leader who will develop and execute winning loyalty and retention strategies The role demands creative, detailed and a data driven mindset. The role will also involve cross - functional collaboration with site experience, creative, operations, planning and finance Introduce, test, evaluate, iterate and optimize marketing initiatives into go-to-market programs About You: Minimum 7 years' experience with Search and Digital marketing Experience managing others Highly Organized Rely on numbers and data to help tell the story Passion for emerging media Have a significant & relevant social media footprint Qualifications Bachelor degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or another related field. Minimum 7 years' experience with Search and Digital marketing Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong experience leveraging analytics & reporting to drive business outcomes & optimizations. Experience with day-to-day business tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Understanding of Search BMP functionality, players Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
