Position Summary   The Pharmacy Purchasing Coordinator, under the supervision of a pharmacist and the Manager, Pharmacy Purchasing , is responsible for all activities of the pharmacy department that involve the procurement, receipt, and inventory management of medication, supplies, and durable medical equipment (DME).   This is an onsite position at our Flower Mound Texas location.   Essential Functions and Duties   Ensure adequate inventory of all necessary medication, supplies, and DME. Optimize medication inventory par levels to avoid stockouts and reduce waste. Remove expired, short-dated, or recalled inventory and process according to policy and procedures.
