Job Description The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively between customers and service technicians; ensuring the customer's needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner while providing superior customer service. This is a rotational position 7 days on working from 6pm - 6 am, then 7 days off. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expert level Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word skills, phone and filing duties Ability to interpretate and understand geographic information portrayed on a map. Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Product knowledge with Catwalks, Top Drives and Wrenches Previous dispatcher experience and/ or experience with drilling equipment.
