Utah Transit Authority Description JOB SUMMARY Provides administrative and clerical support functions for Rail Operations. Serves as initial point-of-contact to the service unit. Supports and assists with coordinating various programs and special projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business or Communications preferred. EXPERIENCE: Two years in an office setting providing administrative or clerical support to include experience in office coordination between service units, departments and/or divisions. Event planning and/or meeting coordination minimum of 1 year of experience. Must have a valid Utah Driver’s License, with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years. Cannot have more than 1 violation of driving under the influence of alcohol, any drug, or the combined influence of any alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years.
