JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Required
Skill and proficiency in applying the principles, concepts and techniques, which are central to the nursing profession. Knowledge of human growth and development necessary for assessment, range of treatment and care of patients appropriate to the patient’s age. ADN acceptable but BSN preferred. Current licensure or permit as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas.
Experience
Minimum of three-five years clinical experience highly preferred with documented expertise in nursing practice. Knowledge of hospital, department, and patient care policies and procedures, ability to develop expertise in new areas and programs. F amiliar with data collection and comfortable with excel, power point, and other platforms.
