The Prelicensure Placement Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality clinical education experiences for USF College of Nursing undergraduate students. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of clinical placements, scheduling, rosters, student logistics, and onboarding in alignment with college policies and accreditation standards for the undergraduate program. The Prelicensure Placement Manager supports the nursing program's engagement with clinical partners by assisting with placement processes, facilitating communication related to clinical assignments, and helping maintain positive relationships that support student progression through clinical, lab, and simulation experiences.
